Asher has been touring the world since he left Australia in 2004 to pursue a degree in the United States. In 2013, he obtained his Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. He has lived all over the world, including India, Europe, Hawaii, and the continental United States. Our research team looked through more than 127,183 Airbnb complaints to determine which Airbnb guest issues are most likely to be reported on Twitter. Project collaborators included scholars from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City and the University of Colorado School for Public Affairs in Colorado Springs, who worked together on the 2.5-year project.
