‘We’re not Monaco’: Why Dubai doesn’t need any more 5-star hotels

Dubai Investment Development Agency (Dubai FDI) CEO Fahad Al Gergawi told CNBC Tuesday that the emirate hopes to attract a broader variety of tourists by providing more easily accessible, smaller, and low-key housing options.
