An junction between Al Khail and Umm Suqeim will serve as the location for the Dubai Hills Mall, which will be built in Dubai Hills Estate. As a result, the mall will be one of the most densely inhabited areas in the city, drawing customers from Arabian Ranches, Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina, and Emirates Hills. Its design and architecture are influenced by a central courtyard that connects a succession of streetscapes, which serves as inspiration for the project. The center space itself will serve as a location for big events and performances, while the adjoining areas will be used for shopping, eating, and entertainment.
