Super Disappointing
Despite the fact that we have been purchasing the app for the previous four years, this year’s purchase has been a huge letdown. We as consumers (loyal customers) were completely unaware of any modifications to the app and, as a result of our faith in the company, we purchased the app again for the second year running. It is quite disheartening to witness a business take advantage of the confidence that its consumers have in them. I’m not sure what the issue with the app is that these companies have decided to discontinue their participation with it, but people like us are stuck with the bill for purchasing the program while not being able to utilize it for very much.
Because of the present state of the app, you are really losing money!
So confused by the high rating
First and first, I am perplexed by the high rating that this app has earned; while I was reading through the reviews, I realized that some of them were bad messages, yet they were all given five stars? The overall quality of my experience with them has been steadily declining over the years; initially, I overlooked the worst user experience app design I’d ever seen because the offering was decent; last year, they attempted to remain under the radar due to Covid; however, they have clearly lost a lot of their partnerships; and because of the aforementioned horrible ux, you aren’t able to see the contents of each “package” clearly, I ended up purchasing the gourmet package rather than the dubai classic; it has now I was immediately rejected, and before I could even submit my request, a bot-like customer service agent named Greta sent me an automated message saying, “I understand your frustration, but we are unable to assist you in accordance with our terms and conditions.” This is true unless the entertainer has unlocked clairvoyance.
What I don’t understand is how she could respond before I had even submitted my request, which demonstrates to me how harsh their script is, as well as how little concern they have for their consumers.
A good service with a very bad upgraded app
The new version of the app is a disaster. It is unable to switch between goods or locate locations. Because of their clumsy software, I’m terminating my relationship with them after seven years as a client. Their support crew is even doing nothing in the reviews other than copying and pasting a single comment to all complainers about the new version and the worst design they have ever seen to all of them. The link that they provide is completely ineffective. When searching, you will have a difficult time and will be lucky if you discover the outlet you are seeking for.
