ADNOC
ADNOC is the client. Architect: HOK – Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum, P.C. Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum, P.C. Hill International is in charge of client management. Werner Sobec NY is the client’s facade and BMU consultant. Six Construct was the general contractor, and Halcrow Yolles was the structural consultant. WSP – Flack + Kurtz is the MEP consultant. Beijing Jangho Curtain Walling Co Ltd is the contractor for the facade, BMU, and media illumination. Meinhardt Facade Technology is a consultant for Jangho Facades.
Grandar is a subcontractor for Jangho Media Lighting.
A double silver coated high performance glazing system with a system U-value of less than 1.93W/m2K is used on the main north facade, allowing the building to achieve its intended overall thermal performance value (ottertv) while also meeting the demanding changes being introduced into today’s environmental philosophy.
