Located on the southern edge of Business Bay, it is separated from Zabeel 2 and Trade Center 2 to the northeast by Financial Centre Road, which runs parallel to the southern edge of Business Bay.
Downtown Dubai is home to a variety of high-end hotels, including the Address Downtown, Vida Downtown, and Al Manzil Downtown, as well as attractions such as the Souk Al Bahar, a luxury Arabian market, and a 3.5-kilometer-long strip of restaurants and cafes along Sheikh Mohammad bin Rashid Boulevard.
