Arrival and transportation information

  • Tickets for round-trip flights purchased via Go Ahead Tours arrive and leave from Dubai (or Muscat, Oman for the tour extension). The airport will be met by a representative from Go Ahead Tours, who will then transport you to your accommodation. As a courtesy, please do not leave the arrivals lounge as the representative may be taking one of your fellow travelers to the bus at the time of your arrival. For guests who have booked their flights via Go Ahead Tours, transfers to and from the airport at their destination are included in the price of the package. Airport transfers with Go Ahead Tours are available for an extra fee for travelers who book their own flights
  • All other included transportation on this vacation is provided by private motor coach.
  • Please keep in mind that owing to storage restrictions on motor coaches and other transfers, which may involve rail connections or flights, our travelers are only permitted to bring one checked bag and one carry-on bag per person on our trips. If you have any questions about luggage size and weight limits for your flights, you should check with your airline(s), which may include on-tour flights on top of your round-trip flights to and from tour.
