To go through this well-planned chest-based powerbuilding workout, Wheels teamed up with promising bodybuilding pro, Chinedu Andrew Jacked. Larry Wheels’ Powerbuilding Program Chest Workout With Andrew Jacked

Wheels, who is now sitting on the decline bench, briefly goes through what his program asks for “3 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions each. Start with 12, then 10, then 8, and so on.” A warm-up session with 60 kg is completed by Wheels and Jacked alternately on each side of the room (132lb). Wheels notes that his biceps are quite painful from arm wrestling practice shortly after Jacked completes his first warmup set, and then proceeds to add another 45 plate on each side of the body. Another warm-up set at 100 kg is performed by both athletes (220lb).

When it comes to getting serious, Wheels puts some elbow bandages on to deal with his injured brachialis muscles, which had been caused by arm wrestling.

Due to the fact that he stated that he takes a bit longer to warm up and that this is only the first exercise, Jacked begins with three plates for his first set of twelve.

Jacked completes each working set with the same weight and rep range as the previous one, whereas Wheels concludes with four plates on each side, maintaining his original rep scheme from the previous set.


The rear flys on the pec deck are the next exercise on the agenda. In this video, it appears that they are utilizing around a 10 stack of weight plates while they perform 10-15 repetitions. As they press their backs, you can see the two pros contract their rear delts to a great extent. Even though we only get to watch two sets here, the boys appear to be well warmed up by this stage.


Returning to the chest for this exercise, it’s noteworthy to note that the Smith Machine is frequently used by professional bodybuilders throughout their exercises. It’s time to flex those muscles while the camera pans around. On the incline bench, Wheels gets into position with his arms aloft, clutching 12 kg dumbbells. He starts with a set of triceps extensions and then moves on to a set of concentration biceps curls right away. He instructs Jacked that he should use the grip he prefers for triceps extensions and that the grip may be used to target various heads of the muscle depending on the position of the hands. In accordance with Wheels’ recommendations, Jacked performs triceps extensions by rotating his wrists inwards toward the apex of the exercise.

For the next set, they each use the 17.5 kilogram (38.5lb) dumbbells to increase their weight by a pound.


As the last exercise of the program approaches, Wheels explains the distinction between strength training and bodybuilding. It is his opinion that with strength training, you just attempt to move the weight, whereas with bodybuilding, you strive to manage the weight and seek for a link between your mind and your muscles. This is why you’ll occasionally see jacked-up bodybuilders utilizing what appears to be a weight that is too light to be successful in their workouts. They both conclude with three sets of ten to twelve repetitions here with what appears to be five to ten kg (11-22lb).

BREAKING: Larry Wheels Accused Mental, Physical Abuse – Fitness Volt

The fitness and bodybuilding industry has been shaken by claims leveled against some of its most prominent competitors on a consistent basis. Larry Wheels has been added to the list as of right now. UPDATE: Larry Wheels Defends Himself Against Abuse Accusations The ex-girlfriend of Wheels’ current fiancée, Chelsea King, has come up with some disturbing charges against him. In a video released on YouTube, she stated that their five-year relationship had come to an end as a result of physical and mental abuse on her part.
