All of the rooms, without exception, have their own private balconies and terraces, and the suites come with their own private plunge pools as well. The bathrooms are tiled in marble from Italy and Spain, and they feature separate installments for rain showers, freestanding bath, and the availability of luxury toiletries. The hotel also has a French fine-dining restaurant featuring staff members who have been handpicked from some of Paris’ leading Michelin Starred restaurants.

1. Al Maha, a Luxury Collection Desert ResortSpa

Expedia.com has rates starting at $1,470 per night. The most sumptuous way to see Dubai’s desert may break the bank, but a stay in the Bedouin-inspired tented suites atAl Maham may be well worth it in the long run, according to some. It’s one of the finest sites to watch desert conservation in action since it’s in the middle of nowhere. Al Maha is located in the middle of the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, which is home to the biggest free-roaming herd of Arabian oryx in the United Arab Emirates, a species that was brought back from the brink of extinction in the wild via rehabilitation efforts.

Behind-the-scenes initiatives like as water recycling, biodiesel production, and solar panels all contribute to Al Maha’s ongoing attempts to minimize its impact on the delicate desert ecology.

2. Al Seef Heritage Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton

Expedia.com offers rates starting at $120 per night. This hotel, which is located near Dubai Creek in the “new” old Dubai district of Al Seef, feels incredibly traditional, thanks to its wind towers and wooden beams, despite the fact that it was just recently constructed. They are decorated with vintage tchotchkes such as rotary phones, metal rosewater bottles, and old photographs of Dubai. The 190 spacious guest rooms, some of which have own balconies, are split over various small structures calledbait, which is the Arabic word for home.

Cafés, restaurants, and souvenir stores are all conveniently located around the coastline, making it easy to go about on foot.

3. Burj Al Arab

Expedia.com has rates starting at $1,480 per night. A stay at the Burj Al Arab is extravagant in every sense of the word, from the architectural daring of its sail-shaped structure to the mind-boggling vastness of its atrium and the audacious design of its interiors. The whole hotel’s 202 rooms and suites are two-story suites with spectacular views of the Arabian Gulf. Despite the fact that the hotel is approaching its 22nd birthday, no other getaway in the city has ever come close to matching its lavishness.

Residents have access to the terrace, which has a freshwater and saltwater pool lined with more than 10 million gold and azure mosaic tiles.

4. Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach

Book now at expedia.com, where rates start at $1,570 per night. Located on Jumeirah Beach, the Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is a strong supporter of local suppliers, as seen by its 188 spacious guest suites, frangipani-filled gardens, lively rooftop bar, and five restaurants. Around 40% of the fresh produce utilized in the hotel is sourced from within the United Arab Emirates, and the menu changes seasonally to feature local green vegetables, heirloom tomatoes, fruit, fish, eggs, and other delicacies like these.

Those who want to go right to the source can ask the hotel to arrange a visit to Greenheart Organic Farms, which provides the majority of the vegetables for the hotel.

5. Hatta Dome Park

Hattadomepark.com has rates starting at $360 per night. This collection of 15 dome tents, which opened just in time for the start of the new winter season in Dubai’s little-known mountainous district of Hatta, offers a total change of scenery within an hour’s drive from the city. Although this isn’t really “glamping” in the traditional sense (the in-tent facilities are practical rather than luxury, and there is no 24-hour room service), it is well situated for exploring Hatta’s hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and kayaking trails.

A firepit and BBQ grill are provided in each tent; fill up on gourmet meats in the city and bring firewood for a cookout à la Dubai style in your tent.

6. Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf

7. One Only Royal Mirage

Expedia.com offers rates starting at $1,140 per night. It is impossible to describe this arabesque paradise, which is set on a half-mile-long strip of golden beaches opposite the Palm Jumeirah, in one word. Guests are greeted by life-size statues of Bedouins on camels, ushering them into a realm of high archways, elaborate mosaics, and water features. Morocco’s influence can be found throughout the spa, which has twisting tunnels that lead to heated marble slabs that replicate a typical Moroccan hammam.

When a change of scenery is required, guests may take advantage of speedboat transports to the sister resort on the Palm, which offers panoramic views of the city skyline.

8. XVA Art Hotel

Expedia.com offers rates starting at $95 per night. Exquisitely located in a former family home amid the restored pearling and trade buildings of the Al Fahidi historic neighborhood overlooking Dubai Creek, XVA is one of the city’s most evocative locations to stay. Even while the 15 guest rooms are comfortable and charming, it is the common areas, which are decorated with contemporary Middle Eastern art, as well as the rooftop sun deck, where guests will want to spend the most of their time. Prior to shopping at the boutique, have a refreshing mint and lemon shake from the vegetarian café located in one of the shaded, bird-filled courtyards.

35 Best Hotels in Dubai

Because Dubai’s sunny beaches are home to a flotilla of boldfaced big-hitters, the city isn’t short of luxurious accommodations. Its position on its own seahorse-shaped constructed island, as well as its low-slung design, which is a charming contrast to the city’s ubiquitous canyon of skyscrapers, are what distinguish the recently opened Bulgari from the competition. Thanks to the group’s Milan-based architects, who anchored the hotel so that it separates two bays: one with a quiet stretch of beach lined with villas, the other with a super-smart marina with a sweep of restaurants and the Bulgari Yacht Club—a first for the brand—both of which are connected by a bridge.

However, with six pubs and restaurants on the premises, there is really no reason to leave the hotel to visit the city center across a 300-meter bridge.

With its ice fountains, sauna, hammam, and indoor pool—which is decorated with a mosaic of actual gold tiles, of course—the enormous spa is sure to wow.

Floor-to-ceiling windows give panoramic views of the sea and the Dubai skyline. The feeling of pleased wellness isn’t only restricted to visits to the spa, though. In a nation of exaggeration, this is understated excellence with a broader picture in mind.
